PHILMONT SCOUT RANCH
Before my Crew arrived at Philmont we did a 17 mile rafting trip down the Rio Grande River, and it was so exciting, and fun......I had never seen so many beautiful creatures, and sites in my life at one time. (but New Mexico still doesnt compare to the beautiful rolling hills of "My Old Kentucky Home")
I went on a trip to the rugged high country of New Mexico, on a 12 day back packing expedition, at Philmont Scout Ranch. Philmont streches for 137,000 acres, and is nothing more than nature at its finest, and Believe me its dangerous too.
this picture was taken by me at Philmont Scout Ranch. I dont know about you, but it was at a time like this, that I had to drop to my knees, and thank God for how much he has done for me, and it was then, that I saw Gods unspeakable Beauty, His creation.

The beloved Tooth of Time is probably the most famous spot at the Philmont Scout Ranch, 97% of everyone who goes to Philmont Hikes over that tall peak, to get back to BASE CAMP.... This is the took of time at dusk.
